Laser Scanning is just one of many tools that we use at GDM, however, it is often the tool of choice. No other device can capture so much information so quickly and accurately. Additionally, laser scanning takes on-site mapping to a whole new level by changing the field operatives decisions from, "what features do I map?", to "what area do I need to map?".

Through the use of laser scanning, GDM has gone from a land survey firm to a full service technical documentation firm providing services to disciplines involved in every phase of land management, construction, operations, demolition, and preservation sectors.
